Meet Your Teacher
Lydia Lennon Benson

Massage Therapist and Yoga instructor Lydia, who goes by her nickname Lenny, trained as a yoga instructor in 2019 and has been sharing her passion for the practice since. She believes the method of yoga is accessible to all humans. Encouraging slow and steady progression along with her understanding of how the body functions, she is both stern and gentle. Lenny graduated from the Cleveland Institute of Medical Massage in April of 2023 and obtained her license from the State Medical Board. Each session is individualized to your needs and current conditions- pressure used, style of modality, fully body vs. target area etc. Lenny offers a very therapeutic session, working intuitively, with how the muscles feel under her hands and with her strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology to help the body on her table. Previously, Lenny trained as an equine sports massage therapist at Equissage in Round Hill, VA. She utilizes this mainly as volunteer work for therapy horses. |
