Massage Therapy
Massage is available on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.

-deep tissue or relaxation
-60 or 90 minutes

I do not do day of appointments.

Each massage is individualized to the client based on conversations around needs and conditions. Lenny is a Licensed Medical Massage Therapist, and she offers a beautifully crafted combination of deep tissue, and grounding energy work to relax physical and mental tension.
