Ashtanga Yoga Mysore is every Saturday 7:00am-10:00am open arrival and departure. What is Mysore? Mysore is a method of teaching yoga that emphasizes individualized instruction within a group setting. Essentially, it's an encouraged self-practice. Students will be guided through the ashtanga sequence by the instructor while moving at their own pace and sharing space with other students. You may arrive anytime within the mysore hours and leave when you are done, arriving with enough time for the duration of your personal practice and to be out by closing time. Modifications and adjustments are given as needed depending on the individual. No prior yoga knowledge necessary, all levels are welcome.
